You can return a product that is in resaleable condition for up to 30 days from the date you purchased it under our Client Satisfaction Guarantee.

How to return items

1- Contact Tribe Ringette at tribe.ringette@kanucksgear.com to get your return authorization.

2- Mail your product back to Tribe Ringette packed in the original or similar packaging. Return fees are at the expense of the customer.

3- Your refund will be issued after reception and inspection of the product to confirm that it is in resaleable condition.
